New Client Policy
We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit for all new clients at the time of scheduling the appointment. It will get applied as a credit to your account that can then be used during your appointment. If you call and cancel or don't show up for the appointment it is non-refundable.

New Client Information

We are accepting New Clients at our clinic and appreciate your interest in our care! However, our appointment availability can vary based on type of appointment needed. We are generally booking a few weeks out for a new client appointment for vaccines or wellness check and a month or more for an appointment with our veterinarian. We HIGHLY recommend setting up an establishing visit so that if an emergency were to arise with your pet we already have you in the system as a client. If you are not currently a client and are experiencing an urgent care or emergency we do recommend contacting a local emergency care hospital as we cannot guarantee we will have availability for new clients in order to best serve our current clients.
